"We used Charley’s service to clean our patio and gutters; this was the first time either had been professionally cleaned since we moved into the property four years ago.
He arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do, how he would do it and what cleaning agents would be used.
He took before and after photos of the gutters so I could see the results. He went above and beyond just cleaning by highlighting a few issues we had with some sections of guttering, photographing some slipped/damaged tiles, and sealing a damaged guttering joint for me.
The patio was heavily infested with algae and black lichen, but thanks to Charley’s hard work and determination it now looks like new.
Whilst here he was very careful not to cause damage to my property or garden and took sensible safety precautions. He cleaned up after himself and left the area clean and tidy.
He’s very friendly and gave advice on how to maintain my lovely clean patio.
