Gutter Cleaning Waltham Abbey, Essex
I was asked to quote for gutter cleaning, conservatory & window cleaning at this lovely large detached property in Waltham Abbey. Having these three cleaning jobs done together reduced my usual quote, as it would normally save me travel time & petrol, as the nature of the job would take me the best part of a day to complete. Unfortunately due to the inclement weather, I decided it best to complete it over two half days, but that was my problem not the customers, & once I’ve quoted a price I stick to it.
The gutters were especially dirty, full of leaves and moss & I would guess they hadn’t been cleaned for at least a couple of years. People tend to only think about getting their gutters cleaned when they see them overflowing, but an annual gutter clean is advised to ensure downpipes don’t get blocked and water damage from overflowing gutters doesn’t!
The Victorian-style conservatory needed a deep clean too, with its roof showing green algae build up. Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence with uPVC conservatories, but my conservatory cleaner works wonders and had it looking like new again, before long.
There’s something really satisfying about cleaning a house like this, especially when the sun comes out & shows off the gleamingly clean windows. The client was pleased too, as you can read from her testimonial below.
